I have a violin labled Andreas Guarnerius Fecit Cremona Sub Titulo Santa Teresia 1724(?)

I cannot make out the actual last numbers of the date, but one looks either like a two or a seven. DIMENSIONS:--length of body 14 3/16"--width of top 5 9/16"--width of C bout 4 1/2"--width of bottom 8 5/16"--width of ribs 1 1/2"--length of the neck from the base of the neck to the base of the scroll 5 9/16"

Is the neck the right length or is it a reproduction, and if so how old do people think it is?

I am pretty sure it is a copy and not an original but I was wondering about copies of Guarnieris and if the family used the same label stamp, and if this was made in Italy or Germany, or France even, if anyone can tell by that label, and the dimensions I gave.

Thanks for your help to all and this is a great web page!

JM
