I have in my possession a very old violin in what appears to be it's original "coffin case" and it is labeled Petrus Guarnerius Filiue Andrea Fecit Mantua fub Sancta Teresia 16. Could someone please advise me as to the aprox age of this instrument and what it's value might be. I can supply a better desc. and pictures when required. Please reply.
