: Hi, Although I cannot help with the recent paintings, if you happen upon any paintings from the 1920s-to? unknown dates, signed by "STGuarnieri" this would be Salvini Guarnieri born in late 1900s, lived in US although travelled, lived for awhile and painted in 1920's in Europe. We have found three of his paintings and would be interested in finding at least one other so that all my siblings have one (Salvini was the first cousin of our grandfather, the family moved to Warren, Ohio in the late 1800s.) Salvini's son lives somewhere in Ohio I believe, which is also where I came from. : any correspondence to me should be sent with "Salvini Guarnieri" : Patricia Guarnieri, now in Charlotte, NC : : I did come across a little more info on Luciano Guarnieri - but are you sure it is Luciano? I have posted this message to all of the senders. : : : : : : My father has an old original painting of his which he bought for £173 Sterling back in 1967 - a small fortune in those days - and I was trying to find out more about him. The oil painting's enormous,39.5" by 27.75" and entitled 'Four Oranges and a Bronze Jug' painted 12.6.1964 bought at the Auctioneers Stacey Marks in England.
